"Yes, we certainly do LOVE our "new" home and appreciate all of your efforts
on our behalf.

We saved for many years to make these needed changes to our home. The
uncertain economic times and our apprehension about the process (it
seems everyone has had or knows someone with a remodeling horror story)
only added to our anxiety. Would we be able to keep costs within the range
of what we had saved? I held my breath as we moved our family (cat, dog,
